About us New Trend is a spacious well maintained Chalet Park just 200 metres from a fabulous sandy beach in the seaside resort of Chapel St Leonards. The 122 traditional Cedar Wood Chalets are thoughtfully laid out around large well kept lawns with lots of open space, trees, flower beds and shrubberies. We are a tranquil site, an ideal place for couples and families... Those who like to find entertainment nearby but return to a little haven of peace and quiet. Location Our location is perfect, not only are we just a 3 minute walk from the sea we are also two minutes from a village supermarket, a cafe, a great pub which does excellent food, a fish and chip shop, cafe, garage, wet fish shop and hairdressers. The impressive new North Sea observatory with a lovely cafe is just a stones throw away and is a great place to take a lazy coffee or a bite to eat while overlooking the vast expanse of sea and beautiful sandy beach. The main village centre is a 5 minute walk in the opposite direction with its village green, great shops and lots of great restaurants and cafes spilling out onto the pavements. We are also on the edge of a country park with much wildlife and tourist attractions nearby. We hold a full range of tourist information leaflets in reception to help you plan your visit. The bustling resort of Ingoldmells is just 2 miles to the south, with Skegness just 3 miles further. There is a bus stop straight outside our gates and we are on the main bus route to each of these great resorts with all their attractions. Thinking of buying a chalet? We have an extended season and are open 45 weeks of the year closing 5th January to end of February each year. We have both one bedroom and two bedroom chalets available all with long leases of at least 15 years. All Chalets have an outside seating area/verandah and their own shed alongside.
